The chest is one of the favorite muscle groups to exercise for most people who are into weight training. Exercises such as bench presses, incline press, and flyes are an important part of any chest workout. The only problem is, that since they can be fun to train, the chest muscles may be easier to overtrain since many weight trainers will end up doing to many sets and exercises for them. You need rest and recovery to grow, so don’t do more during chest bodybuilding workouts than you do for other muscles.
