Reading the classifieds doesn’t necessarily mean that each person will understand what is truly expected of them when they start a new position. Sometimes professionals may comprehend the essential details of their jobs but they may not have a full picture of what is expected of them. Nursing job descriptions found in the classified section of the newspaper may not always have every detail that is expected for that position. In fact chances are there are many details that are left out in these descriptions but still expected once the position has been filled. Finding out all the details may come from asking questions during the interviewing and training processes for each individual position.
