To lose body fat quickly, you can’t beat cardiovascular exercise. Doing cardio workouts will speed up your heart rate and burn calories. Running, jogging, and biking are all great ways to do a cardiovascular workout. If you find these forms of cardio to boring you can participate in a sport to exercise. Try to do some cardio work at least 5 times a week and stick with to get rid of those extra pounds.
