Spending time wisely includes activities, entertainment, work, quality time and so on.
The average person spends most of their day working. At the end of the day they return home to spend time watching television, or engaging in activities with the family. Unfortunately, family is a thing of the past. If you want to improve your personal life, you have to put family first. If you have a wife and kids, or husband and kids, you need to learn how to invest time with the family. Unfortunately, you have five or six hours after a day of work to do this. You also want time for yourself.
